My Instagram account doesn't show up
Instagram connects through Facebook. The account must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page you manage, and you need to select that Page when Facebook asks. See Connect accounts.
I can't connect Instagram, Facebook or Threads
During early access these connections are limited to invited testers while Meta reviews the Rostido app. Email us and we'll add you.
An account shows Expired
Connect it again from Accounts in the dashboard. Instagram and Facebook need this every 90 days, Meta's limit for app access.
A post failed
Rostido retries a failed post on the next 5-minute sweep, up to three attempts, then marks it failed in Posts. Common causes are an expired connection or media the platform rejects, see Platform rules. If it keeps failing, email us the platform and the scheduled time.
When is TikTok available?
TikTok publishing is coming soon. We'll announce it on the site when it opens.
How do I delete my data?
Disconnect an account in Accounts to delete its tokens and profile data. To delete your Rostido account entirely, email us from the address you signed up with. See the Privacy Policy.
